Corrosion inhibitors, as their name suggests, prevent acid damage to
equipment both on the surface and in the well. The initial cost of corrosion
inhibitors may seem to be very high, in fact the single most expensive
component of the materials used, but the cost of damage to pumping equipment
and tubulars if they were not used would be even higher

SAI-04 is designed to protect steelwork
from the action of acids in treating oil wells at low to moderate
bottom hole temperatures. |

SAI-04 |
SAI-05A is an organic corrosion inhibitor
for use in HCl acid and is dispersible in all concentrations of the
acid. It will inhibit corrosion in 28% HCL up to 300°F and in
15% HCL up to 400°F. |

SAI-05A |
SAI-36 is a blend of quaternary ammonium
compounds with acetylenic alcohols that provides corrosion protection
against hydrochloric acid up to 28% concentration. |

SAI-36 |
SAI-40
is effective in hydrochloric acid of concentrations up to 28%. SAI-40
is effective up to 250F but this can be extended with the use of intensifiers
to 350F. |
