Demulsifiers / Non-Emulsifiers / Anti-Sludge Agents
During fracturing and matrix acidising the acid often comes into direct
contact with produced crude oil and well fluids, this can result in the
formation of an emulsion or sludge. Emulsions can be viscous and can block
the treated formation. Non-emulsifiers and anti-sludge agents can be used
to prevent these emulsion forming and demulsifiers can be used to break
a formed emulsion.

SNE-05 is a strong cationic non-emulsifier
for acids that has shown good activity on a variety of crude samples.
|

SNE-05 |
SNE-06 non-emulsifier is a blend of
non-ionic surface active agents formulated to prevent the occurrence
of emulsions of aqueous stimulation fluids in crude oil. |

SNE-06 |
SNE-07 non-emulsifier is a synergistic
complex of non-ionic surface active agents and anti-oxides formulated
to prevent the occurrence of emulsions of aqueous stimulation fluids
in crude oil. |

SNE-07 |
SNE-33 is a strong cationic non-emulsifier
for acids that has shown good activity on a variety of crude samples. |

SNE-33 |
SS-19 non-emulsifier is an oil-based,
water dispersible, strongly anionic surfactant. |

SS-19 |
SS-20 and SS-21 are surfactant blends
which are added to acids to help prevent the formation of sludge and
emulsions during acidising treatments. |

SS-20/21 |
SS-200 is a unique blend of surface
active agents specifically designed to impart low surface tension
and to treat and/or prevent acid-oil emulsions which commonly occur
during well stimulation operations. |

SS-200 |
SS-22 anti-sludge agent and non-emulsifier
is a good general product for a wide variety of crudes, including
asphaltic oils. |

SS-22 |
SS-24 is a surfactant blend which is
added to acids to help prevent the formation of sludge and emulsions
during acidising treatments. Insoluble sludge deposits are formed
by some crude oils when contacted with acid, and partial or even complete
plugging of a producing zone may occur. |

SS-24 |
SS-43 is a very effective blend of
oil soluble surfactants that has been shown to break water blocks
and remove crude oil emulsions. |

SS-43 |
SS-52
is a non-ionic product which is added to acids to help prevent the
formation of sludge during acidising treatments. |
