To meet the challenges of Ultra Deep water Aubin has developed exciting new technologies for buoyancy, pipeline insulation and sealing.

Our DeepBuoy product is a patented "pumpable" buoyancy system that can be used in water depths up to 3000m. The gel is incompressible and stable, so has many potential applications including subsea construction, decommissioning, FPSO riser supports and safer diving activities.

DeepGel is an innovative field proven gel based insulation technology. The product is depth independent. DeepGel will displace water, is incompressible and stable up to 100C so has many potential applications, including insulation to prevent hydrate formation in complicated shapes. The gel can also be deployed by ROV and is also suitable for pipe in pipe insulation and pipeline bundle application.

DeepSeal is a novel subsea sealing and grouting technology. Deployed as a liquid DeepSeal converts to a self-binding pressure energized rubber-like material to establish or re-establish a pressure retaining barrier without shrinkage.
