Aubin are the market leader in the development and supply of novel pipeline gel technologies for use in oil, water and gas pipelines. We offer a full range of gels and chemical pigs for cleaning, deoiling/dewatering, debris removal, chemical train separation and spool filling. With the environment being one of Aubin’s top priorities we make our products as ‘green’ as possible and so most of our gels are approved by CEFAS for use in the North Sea as CHARM category Gold.

We also offer unique specialist gels for applications such as buoyancy (DeepBuoy), leak sealing (DeepSeal) and insulation (DeepGel). We have also developed the world’s first chemical pig capable of negotiating multi-bore pipelines (L-Gel Pig).

Dewatering / Deoiling fluid is removed from the pipe with the gel or gel pig by simple plug flow displacement.
