Aubin’s pipeline gels have been used extensively in the North Sea
and abroad in concentrate form for pipeline dewatering/deoiling, cleaning,
debris removal and chemical train separation. Our gels are the ideal solution
to flushing multi bore pipelines and they are approved by CEFAS. All our
gel formulations are customised on a job by job basis depending on the
information the customer supplies.

Gel 33 is a blend of natural polymers
in an aqueous solution usually supplied along with the crosslinking
agent XLB-10. It has a wide variety of pipeline applications including
dewatering / deoiling, debris removal, spool isolation, cleaning and
fluid separation. |

GelCarb is a crosslinkable gel system
weighted with calcium carbonate. It was developed to support columns
of chemicals such as scale dissolvers allowing them to soak the desired
treatment area for longer. |

MEG Gel is a monoethylene glycol based
pipeline gel. It is a mixture of MEG viscosified using a special blend
of natural polymers which give this product an excellent environmental
profile (MEG Gel is rated as Gold under CHARM). |

Petrogel
is a crosslinked oil based gel for use in pipelines, especially gas
lines, where the presence of water would be deleterious. Petrogel
can be used for dewatering, deoiling, phase separation and cleaning. |
